Taking inspiration from her favourite menu at Italiannies restaurant, Fatina cooked Chicken Milanese for us. For this recipe, she uses boneless keel chicken part. Despite its lean nature, the chicken is stil full of flavour, mostly attributed to they way she seasoned the chicken.
In case if we don’t feel full from Chicken Milanese alone, she also prepared it together with Beef Lasagne.
